Metaldyne Exercises Option to Acquire Twinsburg, Ohio Plant

Plymouth, MI - November 16, 2009 - Metaldyne, LLC today announced it has exercised its option to include the aluminum die casting plant in Twinsburg, Ohio as part of Metaldyne Powertrain Components, Inc. (a subsidiary of Metaldyne, LLC). The Twinsburg plant has 125 employees.
