Metaldyne Sells Hamburg, Michigan Plant

Plymouth, MI - April 8, 2010 - Metaldyne, LLC today announced it has finalized the sale of the Tubular Products facility in Hamburg, Michigan to Hyspan Precision Products of Chula Vista, California. The sale includes certain assets and certain liabilities related to the operations at the Hamburg plant. The sale is effective immediately.
