Splined Sleeves (for length comparison) for cardan and driveshaft applications
We produce parts with diameters up to 150 mm Finished for cardan and driveshaft applications. Through the cold hardening induced by our process, high mechanical properties up to 800 N/mm 2 are achievable in the profiled areas (e.g. involute gear teeth) fulfilling stringent quality requirements. In addition, as well tough at subzero steels as alloyed heat treatable steels are possible to be used.
We can also provide ready for assembly components such as finished machining, broaching, polymer coatings, etc.
