Stephanie O’Connor is responsible for managing the legal affairs of Metaldyne LLC and its subsidiaries. She is responsible for advising senior management regarding commercial, corporate, regulatory, intellectual property, real estate, environmental, and other legal issues, as well as managing the company’s litigation.

• BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
